Frasers Livestock Transport, one of Australia’s most renowned family-owned agribusinesses is seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join the Green Team in our fast-paced Operations team. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about livestock and trucking.

Critical Role

About the role

You’ll be part of the critical Operations team responsible for coordinating and scheduling the daily operations of our 50+ truck fleet. This role demands sharp attention to detail and excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and execute a range of specific logistics and administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Assist manage all aspects of logistics and scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
  • Problem solve and respond quickly and effectively to changing circumstances or delays.
  • Work collaboratively with a close-knit logistics and operations team.


Who We're Looking For:

  • Someone who takes pride in great customer service and is committed to fostering strong relationships.
  • A highly efficient solutions-driven problem-solver who can juggle competing priorities under pressure.
  • Proven experience in any area of the transport or logistics sector (e.g., driving, dispatch, fleet operations, livestock coordination).
  • Proficient in Excel and general computer systems.
  • A Certificate III in Transport & Logistics (preferred), or a willingness to complete it while on the job.
  • Motivated and driven to advance within an industry-leading organisation.
